专利摘要:
The present invention relates to a valve for shutting off pipes, which valve has a closing surface located in the pipe and an actuator which is located outside the pipe, which valve has a first closed position and a second open position, which closing surface is rotated from the first closed position to the second open position using the actuator. It is the object of the invention to reduce odor from manure in connection with fur animal production. A further object is to close the vertical pipe which connects a slurry with a channel system so that the pipes which direct slurry to a collecting container remain closed until the scraper is activated. The invention can be carried out in that the actuator rotates the closing surface about a continuous shaft in a fixed direction of rotation by rotation from closed position to open position and on to closed position. Hereby it can be achieved that the closing surface is always rotated in the same direction, which means that the closing surface from a vertically placed open position is always rotated further in an arc of a circle so that the underside is turned upwards.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a valve for shutting off pipes, which valve comprises at least one closing surface located in the pipe and an actuator which is located outside the pipe, which pipe is primarily vertically located, which valve has a first closed position and a second open position, the closing surface cooperating with the inner diameter of the pipe, which closing surface is rotated from the first closed position to the second open position by means of the actuator.
Background of the invention DK 179225B1 describes that locking devices in downpipes in drainage systems in buildings have become more pronounced, with the intention of counteracting the intrusion of rats into residential buildings. In addition, there are environmental problems in connection with manure collection systems in fur farms, which include gutters for collecting manure, which are fed to a manure collection system via vertically oriented pipes. The environmental problems cause overgrowth and, in extreme cases, the death of fur animals living in cages placed in the vicinity of said pipes. It is realized by the invention that both of the above-mentioned problems can be solved by establishing a one-way valve, comprising an annular blank, for insertion into a pipe, comprising a downwardly sloping surface which opens into a triangular opening comprising a number of spring-loaded flap parts which together block the opening in the pipe, but which allow the passage of fluids / liquids and particles to pass from above. In a particular embodiment of the one-way valve according to the invention, the annular blank is formed with a sleeve and a pointed end so that the one-way valve can be included as part of a downcomer.
DK 2019 70178 A1 2 Object of the invention It is the object of the invention to reduce odor from manure, which contains i.a. ammonia and sulfur compounds, in connection with fur animal production. A further object is to close the vertical pipe which connects a slurry with a channel system so that the pipes which guide slurry to a collecting container remain closed until the slurry reaches the vertical pipe. Description of the invention The invention as described in the introduction can be carried out in that the actuator rotates the closing surface about a continuous shaft in a fixed direction of rotation by rotation from closed position and to open position and on to closed position. In this way it can be achieved that the closing surface is always rotated in the same direction, which means that the closing surface from a vertically placed open position is always rotated further in an arc of a circle so that the underside is turned upwards. This results in a partially automatic cleaning of the closing surface, as most solid particles will automatically fall off in connection with the inverted placement of the closing surface. This can be a significant advantage if the valve is used in connection with manure treatment in mink production. The closing surface is designed so that it contains a stable metal body, which is used for holding an outer rubber membrane. Thus, it is the flexible rubber membrane that forms the real closure against the surrounding pipe. By utilizing only one direction of rotation, it will thus be possible to achieve a degree of self-cleaning of the valve. This places minimal demands on an actuator, as it only has to rotate the shaft 90 degrees each time the actuator is asked to rotate.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the actuator may be located outside the tube on an outer flake enclosing the tube. In a possible embodiment, it will be expedient for the actuator to be placed outside the pipe, as the slurry atmosphere inside the pipe will require a specially designed actuator which can operate in the aggressive environment. By placing an external flange on the pipe, it will thus be possible to retrofit the actuator and closing surface in the existing pipes.
DK 2019 70178 A1 3 In a further embodiment of the invention, the actuator can be located in a housing which is attached to the outer flake, where the through shaft connects the actuator to the closing surface of the valve. Hereby it can be achieved that the actuator can be placed outside the pipe itself, thereby the actuator will be protected from ammonia and other aggressive gases that may exist in a slurry pipeline. In a further embodiment of the invention, a position sensor may be attached to the through shaft, where the position sensor cooperates with an inductive sensor. Hereby it is possible to achieve that a control system automatically knows whether the closing surface of the valve is in an open or closed state. Especially when using an inductive sensor, the actual scanning can take place in such a way that the scanning takes place completely enclosed in a housing so that no aggressive gases have any influence on the inductive sensor. Assuming that the inductive sensor is activated by a magnetic material passing close by, a very stable sensing of the valve's open closing surface position can be achieved.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the actuator may be designed as an electric motor. One possible embodiment of the actuator may be the use of an electric motor. An electric motor, possibly in connection with a gearing, will be particularly well suited for rotating a shaft and thus rotating the closing surface of the valve. Other actuators will also be possible to use; here special compressed air will be an option, but in the future it will be possible to use water-based hydraulic actuators.
The invention also comprises a method for establishing a valve, as described previously, on existing downcomers by drilling a hole in the pipe for the through shaft. The flange and housing are clamped on the outside of the pipe at the same time as the through shaft is passed through the hole into the pipe, where the closing surface is mounted on the through shaft, where the position sensor is adjusted in relation to the closing surface.
This makes it possible to establish the valve on an existing manure collection plant in connection with, for example, mink production. Assuming that the only impact on the existing pipe is that a few holes are drilled and an external flange is fitted, which
DK 2019 70178 A1 4 contains actuator and shaft, after which the closing mechanism itself is placed inside and screwed onto the shaft. The invention also comprises the use of a valve as described previously, wherein the valve is used as a downcomer valve in connection with fur animal production, wherein the downcomer valve is located in a vertical pipe connected to a slurry channel, the slurry channel being formed with an automatic scraper which is activated at fixed time intervals, where opening of the valve occurs as the scraper approaches the pipe.
In this way, a closure of the drainage system is achieved in connection with, for example, mink production. This can prevent mink in the cages close to the downspout from the impact of ammonia and other things coming from the downspout. It is known in the mink industry that mink that stay close to the downpipes develop more slowly, become smaller and may die due to the influence of ammonia and other gases coming from the pipes. By means of this shut-off valve, it will thus be possible to greatly reduce the impact of mink present in the cages. Likewise, the valve will reduce odor nuisance to the environment from mink production. In this way, mink breeders will in the future become better at complying with environmental requirements.

DK 2019 70178 A1
Detailed Description of the Invention FIG. 1 shows a valve 2 shown in a sectioned version, where a sectioned pipe wall 4 is seen. The closing surface 10 is here primarily shown in an open position.
The tube 4 has an inner diameter 12, and outside is shown an actuator 14 which is connected to a through shaft 16, outside the tube is shown an outer flange 20, and to the flange is attached a housing 22 which contains the actuator 14. Also shown is a position sensor 24 which cooperates with an inductive sensor 26. The valve 2 can advantageously be arranged in a vertical downcomer in connection with a slurry channel which is arranged in connection with a series of mink cages.
The valve 2 will thus in most cases be closed, and thus prevent steam from seeping up through the vertical pipe, which gives odor nuisance to the surroundings, but which also gives a significant negative impact on mink in the cages close to the vertical pipes.
The fumes that arise from manure from mink contain i.a. ammonia and probably a large proportion of sulfur compounds.
These fumes will be highly toxic to mink if they are continuously exposed to the fumes coming from the pipes.
Therefore, the valve 2 can remain closed until there is a need to fill further manure down through the vertical pipe, where the valve is open, then the valve when closed will reduce the evaporation from the manure.
Especially when in connection with a slurry system, the system is cleaned by carrying out a so-called back-flush process.
This removes from the top of the manure tank, which is the thinnest part of the manure, and flushes the entire pipe system.
In this connection, it will be extremely expedient for the valve 2 in all vertical pipes to remain closed.
It will be possible to control the opening of the valve 2 from the position of a scraper.
If a scraper is running at very long intervals, it will be necessary to open the valve, for example when the scraper has reached halfway to the vertical pipe.
In more frequent scraping processes, the opening of the valve can take place when the scraper is significantly closer to the downcomer.
FIG. 2 shows a transverse section through the invention, where the tube 2 is shown as a circle, where inside the tube is shown a closing surface 10, which inwardly consists of circular pieces of metal which hold an outer rubber membrane.
The closing surface 10 is fastened to a rotating shaft 16. On the outside, a flange 20 is shown, which is clamped to the pipe 2. A housing 22 is also indicated.
DK 2019 70178 A1 6 When rotating the shaft 16, the closing surface 10 can be rotated 90 degrees so that the closing surface is vertical. Hereby the valve will be open with a very modest reduction of the open area in the pipe 2. If the shaft 16 continues in the same direction of rotation, then the closing surface 10 will face opposite and there will be an automatic cleaning of the closing surface 10.
